May we meet the pet sitter before we go away?

Of course. Paws & Whiskers likes to know everything about your pets feeding needs, exercise needs, and medical needs.

What do you do in case of an emergency?

When an initial consultation takes place, we will collect all emergency contact information, vet medical needs, payment needs and most important a contact number to reach you!

What are your pet sitting rates?

Is there a charge to return the key?

Yes, a small charge of $5.00.

Can we contact you while we're away?

Of course. Paws & Whiskers also makes it a point to touch base with you the next day through phone, email, or text to assure you that your pet is doing just fine.

How am I billed when payment is due?

Services must be paid in full before pet sitting services can take place. We accept cash, checks, or Paypal.

Do you have a fee for last minute scheduling?

Yes. We understand last minute trips or emergencies come up, however, in order to accommodate you within 48 hours of making your reservation, there will be an additional $10 fee added to your balance.


Are there any holiday fees?

No, there are no extra holiday fees.

Are there any holiday cancellation fees?

Yes. The holiday season is one of the busiest times of the year. Many times we have turned away clients just to reserve a space for you. If you cancel 48 hours or less prior to ANY HOLIDAY, you will be charged a full day of pet sitting visits.
